Marcel Kitissou is a professor in the Africana Studies Program of the Department of Africana, Latin America, Caribbean and Latinx Studies at the University at Albany.
He is an editor of the Journal of African Foreign Affairs and coordinator of the International Consortium for Geopolitical Studies of the Sahel.
Marcel Kitissou's research and publications focus on international security, the politics of water and China’s presence in Africa.
