Sheena Loughlin
About
Sheena Loughlin currently serves as the Senior Assistant Dean for Academic Programs for the Massry School of Business. She oversees the Office of Student Services, leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that advance student success and retention for undergraduate and graduate students. She is also responsible for assessing enrollment trends and student interests to inform program development and curricular changes.
Sheena joined the University at Albany in 2014 and most recently served as the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy. Before joining the University, she was the Coordinator of Pharmacy Student Counseling at Long Island University’s Brooklyn Campus and served as a Higher Education Opportunity Program Counselor at Siena College and an Admissions Counselor at Green Mountain College. Sheena holds a master’s degree in International Education from New York University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education Policy and Leadership at UAlbany, with a focus on refugees and access to higher education.
