About

Princess Odus is the Collegiate Science and Tech Entry Program (CSTEP) Coordinator and Project Excel Coordinator.

Princess was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She has earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from SUNY Plattsburgh. This is where she realized her passion of working within higher education to make a positive impact on students' lives.

During her time at Plattsburgh, she was a resident assistant, an orientation leader and became a sister of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. Princess was also heavily involved with the university's community as she would host and participate in various events.

She then went on to obtain her master's degree from Binghamton University in Student Affairs Administration. Princess continued to work with students within residential life and then with the multicultural resource center.

Currently, Princess advises and promotes student success to underrepresented students interested in STEM professions.
