Overview

The funder is offering up to $10 million to fund 6-7 projects over three years for high-integrity Natural Climate Solutions (NCS) projects that overcome barriers, already identified in recent work. They seek diverse teams to co-develop, test, and deploy science and technology solutions addressing challenges to NCS. NCS project principles include being nature-based, sustainable, climate-additional, measurable, and equitable. Proposals must specify the NCS pathways and targeted barriers.

Process

This is a two-step application process.
•          The Letter of Intent (LOI/step 1) is managed by the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations.
•          If you would like to apply, email [email protected] for more details and an LOI worksheet. 
•          Submit the completed LOI worksheet by 12.19.25
•          If invited to submit a full proposal (step 2) it will be managed by the Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA).
