The Life Sciences Research Initiative’s 14th annual “Life Sciences Research Symposium” featured research presentations by students and trainees at the undergrad, graduate and postdoc levels, as well as keynote talks by internationally acclaimed scientists.

The research initiative brings together scientists from UAlbany’s departments of biology, biomedical sciences, chemistry, psychology and the RNA Institute, along with external partners, to encourage scientific collaboration across disciplines. The symposium also offers an important venue for early career researchers to showcase their science and build presentation skills.
