About

Dr. Scott C. Evans is a ​Principal Scientist Machine Learning​ at GE Research in Niskayuna, NY. He has 49 issued patents and over 50 publications in the areas of Machine Learning algorithms, wind analytics, cybersecurity, sequence analysis, and wireless network routing / Quality of Service (QoS). Before joining General Electric Research, Scott served as a nuclear-trained Submarine Officer in the United States Navy.
