About
From 1999-2019, my primary appointment was in the Cancer Registry in the NYS Department of Health. Following my retirement, I have been teaching the 551 course through the online program. I was an original developer of the Geographic Information Systems and Public Health course in the department, which I taught for 13 years. My home base these days is Camden, Maine.
