Fiona Hernandez

Fiona Hernandez is a recent graduate of the University at Albany and is now the Assistant Director of Outreach and Promotion for the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity. Her past experiences involving working in magazines, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, TruWeather Solutions, UAlbany's Office of Communications and Marketing, the International Center of the Capital Region as well as the White House Press Office.

She is very happy to be back at UAlbany to provide the stories that matter the most to the college. Her skillsets involve writing, editing, creating social media content, podcasting, communications, and marketing. She has big dreams for continuing to share her passion for storytelling on television.
