Especially during times of economic crisis, it is important to prepare ourselves and our employees for change, expected and unexpected. No one is immune to the desire for things to stay the same - after all, life is easier if you never have to grow or adapt. But the truth about life is that environments, organizations and people change. It is important to have a business plan that is not only strategic, but adaptive.
