About

Mikhail Ivonchyk is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of public finance, debt management, fiscal policy, budgeting process and agenda setting. His works have been published in Public Budgeting & Finance, American Review of Public Administration, Politics and Policy, Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting & Financial Management.

Dr. Ivonchyk holds LL.M. degrees from the Belarusian State University and the University of Georgia School of Law. He received his PhD in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Georgia. At Rockefeller College, he teaches courses on financial management, data, models and decisions.
