Richard B. Neff II

Rick Neff was previously the Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Director of UAlbany Blackstone LaunchPad. Over his career, he has worked with high-level executive team members on all aspects of program development, strategy, delivery, and management, including budgeting, content, and personnel. Rick has oversaw funding and budgeting for many programs including Blackstone LaunchPad at UAlbany and IgniteU NY. He has also helped many aspiring entrepreneurs with financial analysis and projections for their startups. Prior to his position at UAlbany, Rick was a New Ventures Consultant with NYSTEC.

Rick has an MBA in Technological Entrepreneurship and Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University.
