Profile
Edwina received a BA and MA in Psychology from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
After graduating, she took a position at the University of Hawaii and then moved to California. She was a Los Angeles County Child Welfare Administrative Researcher until 2002. Since arriving in Albany, she has acquired joint-appointments with the School of Social Welfare and Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy, Professional Development Program (PDP).
Edwina’s research interests are in juvenile justice and child welfare dis-proportionality and in school-based health clinics.
