Faculty Activity Report - on the Web

This year, two options are available for faculty to report annual activity:

1.) An on-line system, available through the
      MyUAlbany faculty portal

After logging into MyUAlbany, links for entering activity, how to view and print, and for instructions will appear on the left-hand side of your profile page. You may need to scroll down a bit, but that will depend on your particular profile.
2.) The pre-existing report template in MS Word  

Please check with your chair or dean about which option you should use.

Regardless of the report format used, the Faculty Acitivity Report is requested each year as part of the University's comprehensive faculty utilization policy. The format is intended to provide as broad, fair, and usable a record as possible of the various activities in which faculty are engaged. The information in the report will be used by the Dean and, where applicable, the Department for reporting and planning purposes.

The on-line system, available through MyUAlbany, was designed to facilitate the use of the reported information by chairs and deans. The previous MS Word report format will continue to be available, and can be downloaded to your computer using the links on this page.
