Singles on Dutch,Colonial & State Quads are extremely limited. Both Pierce and Sayles Halls on Alumni Quad are comprised of singles.

2. Quads Enhanced Single $8,854
1-person bedroom. Limited. Alumni's Pierce and Sayles Halls will offer this option.
3. Designed Triple $6,324
Room designed for 3 occupants. Found on Dutch, State & Colonial Quads.
4. Quads PSI Single $7,589
Room designed for 1 occupant. Limited in number.
5. State Designed Single $6,324
Room designed for 1 occupant. Very limited number and
held for students with documented Medical conditions.

University Apartments

Empire Commons:

1. Full Year, 4 Bedroom/2 Bath $10,354
2. Full Year, 4 Bedroom/4 Bath limited for 2009 $10,726
3. Academic Year, 4 Bedroom/2 Bath $9,269
4. Academic Year, 4 Bedroom/4 Bath limited for 2009 $9,606

Freedom Apartments:
