| Biography: Adrian Masters, is an expert in labor economics, macroeconomics, labor market policies, minimum wages, and unemployment. Masters received a bachelor's in civil engineering from Nottingham University (1981), a master's in economic policy and planning from Northeastern (1990) and a doctorate in economics from the University of Pennsylvania (1995). |
