| Biography: Robert Gluck is a composer of interactive electronic performance and installation works, a piano and a Judaica educator and rabbi. His scholarly work traces the international history of electronic music and his creative work has been shown throughout the world. Gluck studied at the Julliard, Manhattan and Crane schools of music and he holds degrees from the University at Albany, Yeshiva University's Wurzweiler School of Social Work, Reconstructionist Rabbinical College (MHL, title of Rabbi) and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (MFA). His recordings include 'Stories Heard and Retold' (1998) and 'Electric Songs' (2001). He is assistant professor of music and director of the Electronic Music Studio at the University at Albany and associate director of the Electronic Music Foundation. |
