Richard Johnson is an associate professor of management at UAlbany’s School of Business. His research focuses on Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), e-learning, the psychological and sociological impact of technology, psychology and computer use, Motivation, the Digital Divide. His recent articles include studies on e-learning and gender, e-commerce and e-learning effectiveness. Johnson received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland.
