Manager Toolbox

The Manager Toolbox is designed to give you the information required to effectively recruit, hire and manage your State employees, including student employees. The Toolbox combines the resources of Employee Relations and Training, Classified and Professional Services, Payroll, and Time Records.  These units works closely with the Vice Presidents’ and Deans’ offices, Department Heads and Managers, SUNY System Administration, the Department of Civil Service, and the Office of the State Comptroller, among others, to ensure that all employment-related transactions, documentation, and performance programs and evaluations are processed in compliance with Federal and State regulations, Policies of the Board of Trustees, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and local University policies.
