Colonial Quad

Colonial Quad Floor Plan
Colonial is located on the Northwest side of campus, houses continuing students and is usually a top choice among sophomores. It is comprised of suite style living with a mixture of both internal and external baths. The Residence Halls are co-ed with each suite being gender specific. Males and Females do not share bathrooms or shower areas. Livingston Tower has internal baths shared by occupants of the suite only.

Colonial Quad buildings include: Livingston Tower; Zenger and Paine (the dining hall is located in the basement of these two buildings); Morris and Johnson; Hamilton and Herkimer; Clinton and deLancy.

Renovations: Livingston Tower was refreshed in 1996, Johnson Hall was rehabbed in 2004, Morris Hall in 1998, and Hamilton was rehabbed in January 2007.
