Medically Based Housing Requests

All medical requests must be submitted to the Health Center at least 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the following semester in order to allow time for the gathering of all information. Medical based housing releases are rarely granted so please plan accordingly.  Please e-mail the Health Center at askUHC with any direct queries.
