What is the Middle Earth Roots column?

Middle Earth Roots is a weekly column on mental health and physical health issues that is published by the Albany Student Press, the University at Albany campus newspaper. Written for college students by students and program coordinators at Middle Earth, the column seeks to address issues that are of most concern to students. To date, we have published articles on a variety of topics, including relationships, academic success, alcohol and other drugs, sexuality, and psychological concerns,such as depression and anxiety.
