SUNY Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence
The SUNY Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence acknowledges students for outstanding achievements that have demonstrated the integration of SUNY excellence within many aspects of their lives in areas such as academics, leadership, campus involvement, community service, or the arts. It is the highest honor bestowed upon a student by the University. Apply on MyInvolvement.org through January 22, 2023.
Leadership Awards
The President's Award for Leadership recognizes undergraduate/graduate students and organizations that have made significant contributions to enhance the quality of life at the University at Albany. Recipients will have demonstrated a variety of accomplishments including extraordinary leadership, service, academic achievement, and involvement within the University community.
The 37th Annual Spellman Awards recognize the accomplishments of undergraduates of African, Latino, Asian and Native American descent in the areas of academic achievement, community service, and leadership. Apply or nominate a student for a Spellman Community Service, Leadership, QTPOC Leadership, or NIA ALANA Scholarship Award.

Purple and Gold Awards
Recognition of Outstanding Student Organizations and Leaders for all their hard work and dedication to improving our University community and the Albany community. 2021 Applications are live. Applications close April 16th at 5 pm.
Fraternity and Sorority Recognition
Recognition and celebration of those chapters and their members who are making a positive impact in the fraternal, University at Albany and community as leaders, scholars and trendsetters.
Student Affairs Excellence Awards
The Student Affairs Excellence Awards recognizes the contributions of undergraduate student employees who embody the mission of their unit and consistently displays characteristics valued and appreciated by their co-workers and supervisors.
