SUNYCard...use it everywhere you are!
Your SUNYCard provides access to meals and Munch Money at any residential quad dining room and Campus Center dining location. Card holders must be present to swipe in a guest. The cardholder is the only person who may use his or her SUNYCard and cards will be confiscated from anyone attempting to use someone else's SUNYCard.

If your card is lost or stolen deactivate it immediately online. If the SUNYCard Office is CLOSED contact the University Police Department. Report your card lost or stolen and receive a temporary card if needed. If UPD is unable to provide a temporary card, students should contact their Residential Quad Office.
Obtaining a SUNYCard
Incoming Freshmen and Transfer Students: Receive a SUNYCard during Orientation. A photo ID is required to obtain a SUNYCard. There is no charge for the first card you receive.
For all other students: Students must be registered for classes to obtain a SUNYCard. Once registered visit the SUNYCard Office, with a photo ID. You will have your photo taken and receive your card.
Lost or Stolen SUNYCards
It is the responsibility of the SUNYCard owner to ensure the security of their SUNYCard. A SUNYCard with an account balance (e.g. meal plan, munch money or podium account) should be treated like it is cash or a credit card and protected the same way.
Any monetary loss incurred is borne solely by the owner of the SUNYCard. Please review "How To Prevent The Loss of Your SUNYCard" A SUNYCard may also provide access into University buildings and should be kept secured to prohibit unauthorized access.
Steps to replace a Lost or Stolen SUNYCard
- Deactivate Lost or Stolen cards at the SUNYCard office or online
- Go to the SUNYCard Office during business hours to receive a new card
- You will be charged $20 to replace your SUNYCard

Damaged SUNYCards
There is no charge to replace a card damaged through normal wear & tear. To qualify for a replacement at no charge, you must bring all pieces of the broken (and currently active) card with you to the SUNYCard Office.
