High efficient front-loading washers and dryers are located in all residential quads and laundry rooms are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Washers and Dryers:

• Are free to operate
• Use only high efficiency detergent
• Are located in the basement of every residence hall

Reporting a Problem:

To report a broken washer or dryer please call 1-800-MAC-GRAY and supply the following information:

• Quad name
• Building name
• Machine number (located on machine)
• Description of problem with machine
