Donations

Throughout the school year UAS and our Corporate Partners are pleased to contribute to numerous organizations and events across the University at Albany campus.

If your department or organization would like our assistance with in-kind donations of products such as beverages, gift baskets for raffles or door prizes at your event, please complete the request form below and submit it at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

Donations are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are a limited amount available each semester, therefore, we encourage you to submit your request as soon as you have a date for your event.
