Donation Requests

If your department or organization would like our assistance with in-kind donations of products such as beverages, gift baskets for raffles or door prizes at your event, please complete the request form below and submit it at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

Donations are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are a limited amount available each semester, therefore, we encourage you to submit your request as soon as you have a date for your event.
