Reserving UAlbany Dining Facilities - Meetings and private meals can be held at many dining facilities. We ask that reservations be made at least 48 hours in advance of the event. If you would like to reserve a room or a table in any dining location, or make arrangements for tickets for guests, please contact the catering office.

Off-Campus Food Service Providers - If you wish to use a food service provider other than UAlbany Catering for catering, donated food or food sales at the University at Albany, please discuss this process with the catering staff. For more information, contact UAlbany Catering directly at 518-442-5986.
