ASDAC Accomplishments
What ASDAC does:
- Reviews and provides menu suggestions
- Conducts Mystery Shop surveys to obtain feedback on quality of services
- Assists in the evaluation of proposed future meal plans
- Reviews hours of operations for all dining venues
- Monitors food and service quality
- Advises on marketing
- Provides feedback and suggestions for facilityrenovations
- Supports and contributes to University events
What ASDAC has accomplished:
- Cheese is now offered at no extra cost at Zepps
- 8" sub rolls have been reinstituted at Zepps for the same price as other breads
- Reinstituted hot breakfasts in all dining rooms
- Brought Green Mountain coffee to all dining rooms
- Created a vegetarian focus group to evaluate available options
- Suggested longer hours of operation for Friday and Saturday in the Campus Center
- Initiated white boards in all of the dining halls to provide space for immediate student feedback
- Helps to fundraise annually for the Northeastern Regional Food Bank's Holiday Hunger Appeal
