- Next year hot breakfast will be served in all dining halls
- Green Mountain coffee served in all dining halls
- Menu review and redevelopment with menu developer Ryan Poole, Chartwells Executive Chef
- Conduct Mystery Shop surveys and present award plaques to the best Campus Center and dining hall venues
- Initiated the creation of Zepps Express
- Revaluated and negotiated meal plan pricing and pricing increase with Ralph Lembo, Regional District Manager for Chartwells
- Created a vegetarian focus group to evaluate available options
- Provide problem-solving ideas and suggestions to accommodate Indian Quad renovations next year
- Suggested longer hours of operation for Friday and Saturday in the campus center to go in effect next year
- Helped fundraise for the Holiday Hunger Appeal and the Farmer’s Market
- Support and contribute to Fountain Day by holding a raffle
