The Albany Student Dining Advisory Committee (ASDAC) is an on-campus, student-run organization committed to the enhancement of the University at Albany dining experience. Originally created by University Auxiliary Services (UAS), ASDAC acts as a liaison between the administration and the student body. ASDAC works closely with the administration to improve the following sectors: food service, food quality, marketing schemes, meal plan options and values, hours of operation, off-podium locations, meal-plan values, analyzing survey results and trends, and recognizing best performing venues.
