Campus Center Expansion FAQ
UAS Services

The new East Addition at the Campus Center is currently open in a modified format (Phase 1) while the West Addition (Phase 2) is under construction. Once the West Addition is complete, the East Addition will undergo its final renovation (Phase 3). Once fully complete, there will be dining options in both the West and East Addition.

Please refer to the UAlbany Office of Facilities Management Campus Center Expansion page for a timeline and updates on the full scope of the project.

The following retail dining venues are currently open on campus:

Argo Tea Cafe - Lecture Center
Great Dane Street Kitchen Food Truck - Collins Circle

  • Access to the East Addition from the outside can be found nearest Indian Quad and access from the inside can be found near the Bookstore entrance.
  • Access to 518 Market can be found near the Education Building.
  • Access to SEFCU Bank can be found via the Science Library.

Venues are still being evaluated by UAS and UAlbany Dining for Phase 2 and 3 of the Campus Center construction project. If you have input or ideas please consider joining ASDAC or email [email protected]

Kosher Kitchen will be relocating to Indian Quad during summer 2016. It will be open at Indian Quad for the start of the Fall 2016 semester. Kosher Kitchen is moving to Indian Quad due to the permanent closure of the Dutch Quad dining room at the end of the Spring 2017 semester. 

Student wishing to utilize Kosher Kitchen must purchase the Kosher option for their meal plan. For more information please visit the 2016-2017 Meal Plan page here.

Dutch Quad will be permanently closing at the end of the Spring 2017 semester.
