Step 1 - Getting Started

Please read instructions for entering Customer Requests in FacilityFocus.

Step 2 - Citrix Client Download and Install

Download Citrix Client - For Windows XP/2000 users: You must be an administrator on your computer in order to install the Citrix Client. If you are not an administrator on your XP/2000 Machine, please contact your Technology Coordinator for assistance.

After you have downloaded and installed the Citrix you must restart your Internet Browser. You only need to install the Citrix Client once.

Step 3 - MetaFrame Login

MetaFrame Login - This is the link needed to sign on the CMMS Work-Order System. (bookmark this URL or press 'Ctrl D' on your keyboard) http://albapp.csimaximus.com/

To log in to the FacilityFocus(i), enter your credentials and click Log In.

Step 4 - Application Portal Login

Click on the "Customers" icon to log in to the application.

Enter your user id/login (first initial and last name - all lowercase) Initial password = password*

*You will be automatically prompted to change your password the first time you login to the application.
