Work Order System Suppport

We have recently upgraded our Work Order System to the latest version, 5.2.3. The functionality will remain the same, however, the software will have a new look and feel and will include several software enhancements.

Note - For data/phone requests please contact the Telecommunications HelpDesk at 7-3800, M-F 8:30am - 5:00 pm or Email them at telecom@uamail.albany.edu.

Step 1 - Getting Started

Please read instructions for entering Customer Requests in AiM.

Step 2 - AiM Login

To login, please click on your respective link below (most likely Customer Request):

OR

Default Work Order User Account Settings: (all lowercase)

• username:  first initial and last name (i.e. Amy Campana - acampana)
• password:  customer

If you do not know your login information, please email Facilities IT Support.
