The Fall 2007 China Semester will present a wide variety of opportunities for students, faculty, and staff at the University at Albany, and members of the wider community, to learn and experience more about China and all things Chinese -- geography, food, film, history, art, politics, theater, music, literature, dance, sports --during the Fall 2007 academic semester and with bridges to the future.

ECOLOGIES OF WAR: Life Technologies and Planetary Conflict

Ecologies of War, a second symposium produced by the Department of English and CHATS furthuring the Institute on Critical Climate Change in the Humanities (ICCCH), complements a series of events initiated at UAlbany designed to open dialogue on shifts occurring within the environment at large and within various critical theory environments.

The Technology Plays

The Technology Play Project, which evolved from UAlbany’s HumaniTech* Semester, brought together the University at Albany and one of the region’s preeminent theater companies, Capital Repertory Theater, to explore the impact of technology on humans and modern living.
