E-Deposits can be made on our E-Pay website. The website is available everyday from 6am to 10pm Eastern Standard Time.
E-Deposits are required for Residential Life housing sign up. You can make your deposit with an electronic check via your savings or checking account, or by making payment with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
To make a Room Deposit you will need to click on the “Deposits” tab on E-Pay. Deposits should not be made on the Payments tab. Be sure to print a copy of your payment confirmation as you may need this for Residential Life. This is a separate process from making a payment towards your tuition invoice. Freshman Orientation consists of 2 days in the summer and 2 days just before the start of classes in the fall. Summer Planning Conference (SPC) marks the beginning of your orientation to the campus community and will provide you with the information necessary to make your transition as smooth as possible.
You will attend one of the eight 2-day conferences between July 1 and July 30. At SPC, faculty, academic advisors, professional staff and student Orientation Assistants will welcome and guide you and your group through the program. For more information please visit the orientation website.
To pay your orientation fee of $205 per student and $55 per parent (optional program), please visit epay.albany.edu and click on the “deposits” tab.
