Empire Commons

Empire Commons houses 1200 students, in 4 bedrooms/ 2 bathroom apartments.

All students have a single room. Located on the west side of campus, the complex contains recreational facilities including basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, game room, and a variety of meeting rooms for educational & social purposes in the community center.

Students can opt for either ten or twelve-month contracts. Each apartment comes furnished with a dining room table and 4 chairs, a sofa & upholstered chair, coffee and end tables, and an entertainment center.

Each bedroom includes a full size bed, wardrobe, dressers, desk & chair. The temperature, controlled by the apartment’s occupants, includes both central air conditioning and heat. Every apartment includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Kitchen appliances include: a refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and stove.
