Self Service Options
The Financial Aid Self Service options are designed to provide students and parents with direct access to the Financial Aid Processing Center. Please select and complete a Self Service Request form from the menu below. The completed Self Service Request form will be forwarded directly to the Financial Aid Processing Center for review. Your Self Service Request will be completed within 5 to 10 days. Please monitor your MyUAlbany Financial Aid page to view and accept any changes to your financial aid award resulting from your Self Service Request. Please monitor your MyUAlbany To-Do list for any documentation you may need to provide as a result of your Self Service Request. Please use your cursor to highlight and select a Self Service option from the following list:
