Award Schedule The Financial Aid Office begins processing awards for the Fall term based on the following schedule:   Freshmen Mid - March New Graduate Early May Continuing Undergraduate Mid-June Continuing Graduate Mid-June The Office of Financial Aid continues processing awards on a rolling basis as students complete documentation and registration requirements. New First-Year or Transfer students  who  file their FAFSA by March 15th  receive priority consideration for Financial Aid. Continuing and Returning students who file their FAFSA by April 15th  receive priority consideration for Financial Aid.
