Complete Your Stafford Entrance Interview Counseling And Electronic Master Promissory Note (eMPN)

If you are accepting an offer of a Stafford Loan for the first time at UAlbany, you will need to complete a Stafford Entrance Counseling session.  All first time UAlbany Stafford Loan Borrowers must complete Stafford Entrance Counseling.  The processing of your Stafford loan stops until UAlbany receives notification from Mapping-Your-Future you completed your Entrance Counseling. You can complete your Stafford Entrance Counseling Interview on-line at: Mapping-Your-Future. If you have no history of Stafford Loan borrowing, then you must also complete the Stafford Electronic Master Promissory Note (eMPN).  You can complete an eMPN on-line at www.hesc.com.
