Campus Center Room Information
The Terrace Lounge is located on the first floor of the Campus Center off the Main TV Lounge area and next to the Graduate Student Organization Office. The standard setup for this room is a U-shape for 25 people with extra chairs that may be used stacked along the wall. This room also has a white board at the front, and tables in the back that may be utilized if your group will be ordering catered food from UAlbany Dining.
Campus Center room 370 is located on the third floor on the East side of the building located in between rooms CC 367 and CC 375. This room has the same setup as CC 367 with a large square table with 25 chairs around it and a blackboard on the wall. The large table in the center of the room may be utilized when ordering food service from UAlbany Dining.
Campus Center room 375 is located on the third floor on the East side of the building and is located next to CC 370. The standard setup for this room is round tables with a maximum capacity of 100 individuals. The tables are generally set with eight chairs per table unless otherwise requested. There are two tables in the back of the room available to be utilized for materials or catering provided by UAlbany Dining.
The Campus Center Management Office may be able to accommodate another setup in CC 375 other than round tables, however consideration is on a case by case basis and requests should be made well in advance to the Assistant Director of Reservations, Emily Feuer at email@example.com.
The Assembly Hall is located on the Second Floor of the Campus Center, located right next to West Elevator and stairs. It is adjoined with the Fireside Lounge, which a group also has access to use when the Assembly Hall is reserved. The standard setup for this room is auditorium style with a maximum seating capacity of 120. Tables can be placed in the back of the Assembly Hall or Fireside Lounge for materials and/or food. However, a request needs to be made in advance for these materials. There is a $20 carpet maintenance charged in this room if food/beverages are served.
The Assembly Hall also can support audio visual usage. There is a video projector, screen, and sound system available in the room, additional equipment can be brought in with a request made in advance. This equipment can also be rented for a separate charge. However, individuals reserving the room may bring their own equipment to use.
**Please note that the Campus Center does not provide laptops for presentations, the group that reserves the room will need to bring one. If the laptop that is used for the presentation is a MAC, the appropriate cord to hook up to the laptop to the video projector will be needed from the owner of the laptop.
The Ballroom is located on the second floor of the Campus Center, and directly accessible from the lobby of the Campus Center. The setups for the Ballroom differ per event and the needs of the group reserving the room. Please call 518-442-5491 for specific questions regarding setup.
The Ballroom has audio visual equipment available to rent. There is a video projector, screen, and sound system available in the room. Additional microphones or equipment can be brought in with a request made in advance. Food can also be served in this room, however since there is not any carpet in the Ballroom the $20 carpet maintenance charges does not apply.
Catering and Food Sales
UAlbany Dining, the University at Albany's food service provider, has an exclusive right to cater and sell food on the campuses of the University at Albany.
