If you do not meet the TOEFL or IELTS requirements, you might consider the Intensive English Language Program. The Intensive English Language Program (IELP) is a multi-level, personalized program designed to improve the skills of those for whom English is a second language. It is intended especially for serious students who plan to seek admission to an American college or university or who wish to improve their English for business, personal or professional reasons.

Costs of Study

The estimated costs are for full-time study for the academic year, which includes the Fall and Spring sessions. Should a student attend the Summer session, calendar year expenses would be about $5,878 more. U.S. government regulations require foreign students to attend both Fall and Spring sessions and register for, and maintain, a minimum of 12 academic credits - at least four courses per session. Costs are subject to change without notice.

Please include a financial statement showing funds for the calendar year even though you may not actually spend this much money. This will hopefully assure you will not have problems with your F-1 Visa related to finances. Please prepare your financial statement with proof of $25,009 available for your studies.

Financial Aid

International students are expected to finance their cost of attending school in the United States. New York State and federal financial aid is not available to international students.
