UAlbany Author: Lisa Giruzzi Says ‘Lift Communication to Enhance the Workplace’

ALBANY, N.Y. (December 17, 2015) — Most employees leave managers, not jobs. So says best-selling author and award-winning trainer Lisa Giruzzi '83, who has studied the issue through more than 25 years’ experience in helping people and organizations become more successful through effective communication.

She tailored Bringing Out the Best in Your Employees for managers and supervisors to get the most for their business by empowering and engaging employees. Communication, writes Giruzzi, is the overriding answer, but one communication style does not fit all. Her book aids the reader in discovering what works best “in the moment” with each individual.

Giruzzi is also the author of 31 Days to Transform Your Life and, as co-author, 42 Rules for Creating WE.
