UHS Course Schedule |
1. Please read all instructions before clicking on the schedule link below. The schedule is password protected. The password will be sent to you via postcard and e-mail or you may contact the UHS Office for the password by clicking here.
2. Select only the page(s) that correspond to your high school and print them. To locate your H.S. use the scroll bar or the CNTRL F (find feature) keys on your keyboard, type in your H.S name and hit ENTER.
3. If your school offers UHS courses via Distance Learning, please put a check mark in the DL column and indicate in the Additional Comments section which school (s) you project to or receive from. Please note that approval to project or receive Distance Learning courses should be on file with the UHS Office before instruction begins.
4. Indicate teacher changes or replacements in the New Instructor/Substitute column. The UHS Office will contact you regarding resume/course materials that must be submitted to the UHS Office for review and approval before the new teacher /substitute is eligible to enroll students for credit through the UHS Program.
5. If you are no longer offering a course or class section, please put a line through the course/section not needed. If you need to add a course or an additional section of an existing course, please make note in the Additional Comments area and include the teacher's name and session (Fall-only, Spring-only, Full-year, Summer).
6. If you do not have any updates/changes to the existing schedule, please check No Changes on the bottom right-hand corner of the schedule sheet.
Please sign the pages corresponding to your high school, indicate your high school name, and fax or mail the course schedule to the UHS Office by
June 30, 2008.

Course schedules received after June 30, 2008 will result in a delay of registration materials to your teachers and students
for the 2008-2009 school year.

and are able to explain them to your

Once
scheduling is finalized and we receive your Letter of Agreement we will begin to
enroll students at your school. Please
be sure to re-familiarize yourself with
the Policy and Procedure Manual listed
above, as it is imperative that you understand
the rules under which the Program operates
and are able to explain them to your students/parents.
Each
teacher will be sent a letter, with detailed
instructions, referring them to the Teacher's
Corner for all registration related
materials.
