Class rosters are available to approved UHS voluntary adjunct faculty on-line via MyUAlbany. Periodic reminders to check class rosters will be sent via e-mail and postcard to instructors and principals/administrative contacts. UHS strongly urges instructors to check their rosters on-line for accuracy. Checking your class roster is very simple and takes little time to accomplish. Failure to complete this quick and vital task may result in students not receiving proper course credit, receiving a failing grade of “E”, or having their name incorrectly listed on their certificate of completion, official transcript, ID Card, etc. UHS Program staff, upon notification from teachers, will handle any necessary changes or errors within allotted time frames.

New teachers will receive a letter at home with their PIN # from the University (please do not discard). Once you have this, you may access MyUALBANY by clicking here where you will create a password and secure your NETID under SET/RESET Password. Returning teachers will need a NETID and Password. If you do not know your NETID and Password, please call our helpdesk at 518-442-3700 to secure your PIN number that will enable you to reset your password. UHS cannot give out PIN numbers.
