The World of Art
The World of Art is designed for incoming freshmen who are interested in Studio Art or Art History. This Living-Learning Community offers students the opportunity to live with others with similar interests, while being introduced to the academic and social aspects of the art community.
As a member of the World of Art you can expect to:
- Be on the fast track to making friends by living with other freshmen who share your interests
- Take some of your classes together and form study groups
- Have a ready made support network of upperclassmen, graduate students, and resident assistants who can help you adjust to college life
- Be immersed in your interests, exploring potential professions and associated majors, clubs, and extra-curricular activities right from the start
- Benefit from guaranteed seats in some of our high demand classes during your freshman year
- Relax and network with other L-LC students through “All World” social events
- Give back to the community by participating in community service events together!
