  Implements a robust recruitment strategy to enroll a diverse body of students at UAlbany, including the development of community relationships.
• Technology Leaders of Today Speaker Series
  Women working in various aspects of computing speak about experiences. The lectures are free and open to the community.
• The Capital District Association for Women in Administration (CDAWA)
  CDAWA, an affiliate of the NYS Association for Women in Administration, promotes gender-balanced leadership in schools as beacons of equity for a diverse society. 
  
• Women and Public Policy Fellowship
  A competitive annual fellowship program that accepts up to 20 talented graduate students from a college or university within NYS.
• Women in Government Seminar Series
  The Center For Women In Governent hosts a number of seminars and lectures on current issues and topics.
