This event marked the 50th anniversary of UAlbany’s School of Social Welfare, and the formal launch of QTAC NY, a statewide training, technical assistance and evaluation support center dedicated to advancing evidence-based health promotion and self-management programs. It also marked an opportunity to pay tribute to Dr. Rieder for her many years of leadership at the Foundation and transformative investments in social work education.
