Performances for High School Student Groups
Each season, the Performing Arts Center hosts professional touring artists for performances, residencies and outreach. Three or four times per season, these artists present weekday morning matinee performances that are specifically for high school groups. Area secondary students are bused to campus to see the shows and often stay afterwards for campus tours, visits to the Art Museum, presentations by the Admissions office, etc. Tickets to the performances are nominally priced with teacher and adult chaperones attending for free. Study guides and other materials are provided to teachers to prepare the students for the experience.
