• After-School Program for At-Risk Children
  The special education program operates an after-school program for at-risk children as a practicum site for master students at Eagle Point Elementary School. 
  
• Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD)
  CARD is a university-affiliated resource center that brings research and practice together in community settings.
• Child Research and Study Center
  CRSC is one of the organized research centers in the School of Education that provides training and field experiece in research for graduate students.
• Elementary Student Teaching - Focus on Special Education
  Elementary Student Teaching placements are provided for graduate students in the Special Education MS programs through cooperative arrangements with elementary schools. 
  
• Special Education Internship Program
  The Special Education program provides required internship placements for its graduate students through cooperative agreements with schools across the Capital District.
  
• Summer School Program
  Special Education graduate students, in cooperation with local schools, provide summer school instruction for children in need of additional instructional support.
