Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI)
The University at Albany uses CITI form many of its compliance training needs. Here is the link to CITI:
Steps for CITI New User Registration:
If you never registered with CITI and need to create a new account, click to register here and follow these registration instructions:.
- Choose from Participating Institutions dropdown list: “SUNY - University at Albany” (Do not choose Albany State University.)
- Select course(s)
- Continue to the learner modules
Steps for Existing Users:
If you already have a CITI account as University at Albany affiliate or as under another Participating institution, please follow the instructions below.
To add a course or update your learner groups
After you log in, under your “SUNY – University at Albany” course(s):
- Click the link to “Add a course or update your learner groups”,
- Select course(s),
- Continue to the learner modules.
To add a Participating Institution Affiliation
After you log in, near the top of the Main Menu page, there is a link to “Affiliate with another institution.”
- Click the link
- Choose from Participating Institutions dropdown list
- Select course(s)
- Continue to the learner modules
