Hey, UAlbany. Get Ready to Stomp!
 The entire UAlbany community is welcome to come down to UAlbany's stomping grounds for food, music, athletics and fun at the Great Danes Spring Stomp on Saturday, April 30. The event is sponsored by the University at Albany Alumni Association. Executive Director Lee Serravillo says: "Like Homecoming in the fall, the Great Danes Spring Stomp is a way to reconnect students and alumni, and continue the excitement and support of UAlbany Athletics"
Events begin at 6 p.m., with an hour and a half of pre-game fun on University Field. You can test your athletic ability with a Speed Pitch, Lacrosse Shoot Out, Rock Climbing Mountain, and an Inflatable Obstacle Course while you enjoy live music by The Schmooze.
Stick around to cheer as UAlbany's NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse team goes up against America East Conference opponent UMBC in the only '05 home game under the lights! Game begins at 7:30 p.m. "Take an NCAA Tournament Team game, add a live concert of one of Albany's top bands, throw in an inflatable rock wall and obstacle course for good measure and we hope to have a recipe for a long standing tradition at UAlbany that will only continue to grow," said Serravillo.
